Hokkien Cultural Association
The Hokkien Cultural Association e.V., based in Pirna, is a non-profit platform for intercultural exchange and the promotion of Hokkien and traditional Chinese culture in the Free State of Saxony. Under the motto ‘From the land to the sea – culture is more’, the association is actively committed to fostering a vibrant, multicultural community and an open, democratic society. The association brings together people of all generations and cultural backgrounds through a diverse programme combining tradition, art and community.
Kinderprojekt DD e.V.
Our sports club, Kinderprojekt Dresden e.V., will be running a small information stand. Here you can find out about the sports we offer, such as: gymnastics, swimming, horse riding, ice skating, sport and exercise, and model ship building. The Model Boat Club will be exhibiting the boats they have built themselves and will be running some of the models in the water. These boats are scale models of the world-famous steamers operated by the Saxon ‘Dampfschiffahrt Dresden’ company. They are approximately 1 metre in length.
